-Establishing state-of-the-art complex spine surgery services in these two well-reputed hospitals, together with various private practices, in Egypt supported by my 25 years of experience and over 3500 operated Spine Surgery cases of complex nature.

-Developing Spine Tumor Boards in both hospitals to improve patient care in a multidisciplinary manner.

-Founding the National Spine Institute with the Egyptian Healthcare Authorities Consultant Neurosurgeon, December 2008 - November 2019 King Fahad Medical City. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
