ENCORE ARCHITECTS, Seattle, WA 2019-2023 Associate Architect/ Bim Manager
BROADSTONE/ WATERMARK IL Tower - Bellevue, WA.
Developed a 320,000 sf/ $150 million dollar project for Alliance Residential Development. Developed project from Entitlement through construction documents. As a Project Architect and BIM Manager for two (2) mid-rise eight (8) story apartment buildings and a 22-story 155-unit independent Living Hi-Rise. Responsible for the design of the cores, structural, MEP, Civil, Site, fire protection, stairs, code analysis and vertical transportation. Developed a shared podium for all three buildings; the podium contained over 220 parking stalls, three transformers, loading for 55’ long truck, accessible 33,000-gallon water storage tank, fire protection room and trash management.
FILAMENT EAST & FILAMENT WEST- Bellevue, WA.
Produced construction documents for two buildings by Vulcan Real estate for approximately $110 million dollars*. Collaborated in the overall development of the project focusing on all the concrete, wall types, roof design, HPAC units and exterior detailing for both buildings. Combined with 302 units, both buildings will consist of a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms and a combined 321 parking stalls.

801 THIRD AVENUE – THE NET- SEATTLE, WA.
Client: Urban Visions Seattle Real Estate
Designed all the concrete, roofs, core, stairs, vertical transportation and coordinated all MEP/ Fire protection for 36 Story, 800,000 SF Commercial Hi-rise Office Tower. Developed layouts for all trash, loading and parking for 390 cars and future EV locations. Designed and coordinated site/ below grade Transformer room, structural and related components with Seattle City Light and Sound Transit. Managed a highly complex Revit model, that included Custom Dynamo Scripts and Rhino/ Grasshopper components with a team of 8 people. With an approximate budget of *$300 million dollars this was going to set the new standard for Class A office space in the Seattle market

Client: Holland-Nash Developers
Senior Technical Project Architect/ Project Manager for two separate, vibrant, and colorful apartment buildings at a total cost of $55 Million dollars. Chroma consisted of a combined 376 units and 210 parking spaces. Managed a team of up to eight staff and responsible for coordination with all consultants. Ensured timely delivery of all documentation.
YESLER TERRACE – Mason & Main - Seattle, WA
Senior Technical Project Architect and BIM Manager who developed both phases through Entitlement & Design Development. Situated on a 30-acre site with a grade change of over 40 feet I coordinated all Civil, Site Cores, stairs, vertical transportation, MEP and fire protection. As BIM Manager I created simplified work solutions to optimize Revit model and maintain team efficiency. Yesler terrace consisted of 550 apartment units, 330 parking spaces, 6,800 sf of retail space and achieved LEED Gold with an approximate $135 million dollar budget.
WAKEFIELD BEASLEY – Industrial Studio – Atlanta, GA 2012 To 2015

FORYSTH COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND DETENTIONS CENTER -Forsyth County, Ga.
Project Architect/ BIM manager working with HOK developed a $100 Million budget, six floor, five Municipal Cout rooms, five State Court Rooms, and Detention Center. Provided guidance, direction and led WBA’s first successful Revit project.
GWINNET TECHNICAL COLLEGE - NORTH FULTON CAMPUS - Alpharetta, Ga.
Project Architect/ Designer/ BIM manager for a $14.3 Million budget Technical Learning Building. Designed, coordinated full MEP, Structural and Site for new campus building.
PRATT & WHITNEY ASSEMBLY PLANT & TEST ENGINE BLDG - Columbus, GA
Developed design and layout for a highly technical 300,000 SF plant and Engine testing facility.
