2013 to 2025 MACNAK Construction, LLC Lakewood, WA
Quality Control Manager
Construction Company: Responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling, construction administration, project engineering, change order preparation, subcontract preparation, material contract preparation, supervision of subcontractors, and quality assurance/control functions.
• Repair / Replace Asbestos Containing Siding - Building 9460 $5.2 million project consisting of removal and disposal of existing asbestos containing siding, sealing lead-based paint, and then installing new insulation and metal siding. Replaced all 'barn' doors and existing wood doors at JBLM, WA.
• Administrative Operations Facility $15.9 million design build 43,000 square-foot operations facility at Beale Air Force Base. The project was a single-story building that housed six task-specific areas including wood, metal, and electrical shops. The exterior shell was constructed of insulated concrete with a stucco and masonry veneer under a steel roof.
• FY 14 144-Person Dormitory at Cannon AFB, NM $19.5 million project consisting of a three-story, 144-Person Dormitory. Project included all site work, construction of the dormitory including all public spaces, multi-purpose spaces, service spaces, earthwork, site utilities, and pavement.
• Fort Wadsworth Army Reserve Center $13.9 million renovation of four (4) Army Reserve Center Buildings. These buildings were upgraded with new HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and security systems. Supporting activities included site clearing, paving, fencing and general site improvements.
2011 to 2012 Exact Aerospace Auburn, WA
Quality Assurance Manager
Aerospace Manufacturer: Responsibilities included First Article and Final Inspection of sheet metal parts and assemblies. Responsible for document control, development of training programs for employees and implementation of company quality and safety programs.

• Terminal 18, North Harbor Island M Mooring Dolphins $1.3 million project consisting of removal of old mooring dolphins, fabrication and installation of four new steel mooring dolphins and a new cathodic protection system.

• Fuel Pier Repair, ISC Kodiak $7.9 million project consisting of refurbishing an existing 600 foot long fuel pier on the US Coast Guard facility in Kodiak, AK
• Ketchikan Port Berth Reconfiguration, Ketchikan, AK $37.9 million project consisting of construction of a new cruise ship berth.
• Unalaska South Channel Bridge, Dutch Harbor, AK $28.8 million project consisting of construction of a replacement 700-foot-long bridge across the South Channel adjacent to the existing bridge.
• Westlake Mercer Cleanup Project, Seattle, WA $20.9 million project consisting of construction of a 315-foot by 45-foot sheet pile cell with shoring system to allow excavation of nearly 8,000 cubic yards of petroleum impacted soils.
• Pacific Sound Resources SUPERFUND Site Marine Sediment Unit, Seattle, WA $13.4 million project consisting of four specific tasks that was to be accomplished in the 2003/2004-construction seasons.

Quality Assurance Engineer
Construction Company: Responsibilities included construction administration, project engineering, supervision of subcontractors, and quality assurance/control functions.
• USARC/OMS/Marine AMSA, Pier 23, Tacoma, WA. $10.7 million project consisting of demolition of an existing structure and construction of a 60,000 square foot building containing maintenance shops, warehouse space and a three-story office section.
