*********@*****.*** Bryan Bogard
I'm a 4th generation carpenter by trade and have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. I started building high end custom homes as a kid working for my grandfathers company. I didn't only build these homes, I began getting estimates from sub-contractors, working with budgets as well as profit and losses. All of which I currently take part in every day. I started at the very bottom of the industry as a helper and have worked my way up to where I am now in my career. I've built and managed commercial buildings, apartment complexes of 2-5 stories and high end custom luxury homes. The job I'm most proud of and hang my hat on is a
$53 million dollar 18,000 square foot home in Naples, Florida which I was a Superintendent on. I'm a very driven and ambition person who takes a tremendous amount of pride in what I do and have become very good at it.

*I began using a walk through checklist in 2013 that I created. The list starts at the beginning of every project with the form work & ends with the last touch up of paint needed. With each task on the list I walk through with the trades foreman or P.M. it pertains to. This system increased efficiency and reduced call backs by 90%. It was so effective on my jobs Stock implemented it company wide
& is still used today. I continue to use it on all projects of mine as well.
