I was a Level 2 security analyst, I worked with Amag, Lenel, and complete view. I am certified in Amag and Lenel installing readers, cameras, inputs and out puts in the security software for data centers, I also installed Amag, Lenel and complete view on operational servers and workstations. Providing customer support globally to security officers correcting programming, hardware, and server errors.

I was the QM (Que manager) and the (Process Controller). In this position I helped manage our call que making sure associates were not in red to log and assist with trouble calls. My other responsibilities was to manage out tickets that were sent out to resolvers I assisted in up keeping these tickets gathering notes making sure they did not go red and keeping the resolvers and users updated on information needed to help resolve tickets faster.

I work with Active Directory and VPN daily, we use is Citrix, Cisco, Triole, Mainframe, and VDI. We help with fist level trouble shooting. This was dealing with the AD issues, resetting passwords, troubleshooting various computer issues, helping with distribution list issues.

I worked two projects on this desk. The first project was Ship Center replacements. We were working directly with the install tech. We would build the image to be loaded on to the new device.

On the second project I worked with the tech on RTR Servers replacements. I would back up the old server and load the image on the new server. We also would assist the tech with all the steps on shutting down and installing the new server.

We worked with Staples Citrix, SCCM, s tools, command lines, Infoblox (tool for updating MAC addresses), Big fix, we would also remote into the server to ensure that the images have been completed. Everything would be handled in a professional and timely manner
