Contributed to a 9 billion dollar project for the Louisiana Recovery Authority, the Office of Community Development along with FEMA and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Tasks included: Level 3 PC Technical Support, installation of IBM desktops, Cisco Routers and Switches, laptops and hardware, printers, copiers, faxes, software installation and updates, system configurations, ram installation to benefit the total project consisting of Housing Assistance Centers in 13 cities in Louisiana.
