Was in charge of a 7 man crew, completed conversion of 900 terminals’ and 1100 users to new systems. Two parts to this assignment, first was a Team Leader
Contributed to a 9 billion dollar project for the Louisiana Recovery Authority, the Office of Community Development along with FEMA and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Tasks included: Level 3 PC Technical Support, installation of IBM desktops, Cisco Routers and Switches, laptops and hardware, printers, copiers, faxes, software installation and updates, system configurations, ram installation to benefit the total project consisting of Housing Assistance Centers in 13 cities in Louisiana.
Team Lead of 5 member group assigned to task of 3 cities (HACS), New Orleans, Chalmette and Slidell, Louisiana. Installed Computers, Servers with load balancers, printers Cisco routers and switches, VoIP phones, copiers, faxes, etc. on-site. Adapted system configurations to an evolving work environment.
