Then i would began to add dry milk and whey to the mix. Then when finished i would push the mix to a bigger tank so it can freeze for the production line to use the next day.
Sanitation duties- I cleaned the tanks and the tank lines between batches. I also cleaned the belts. And used the floor scrubber to clean the floors and also mopped floors . I also changed and installed clean filters.
