Wishing to apply for a Virtual Assistant job position. Used to work at an industrial manufacturing company for 6 years and worked in the e-commerce industry for 6 years. I have knowledge in supply chain (order entry, invoicing, sales coordinator), logistics (shipment follow-up and status), vendor/supplier relationship (quotations, purchase orders), creative product ideas (for profitable product research/wholesale sourcing), and customer service (answering product inquiries, product-related issue resolutions and soft-selling thru product suggestion). I believe in business collaboration by sharing best practices within the team, and I'm willing to impart my work knowledge for win-win solutions to be part of the business success and customer satisfaction.
