HSE Advisor Oxy Petroleum (Contract)- April 2025-June2025)

Conduct HSE audits on location ensuring all policies, procedures and expectations are being adhered to by all contract companies involved on site. Conduct and complete accident and incident investigations alongside the contractor's management and HSE team. Conduct monthly and weekly safety meetings for all company personnel. Ensure proper coaching and mentoring is conducted and complete before any new contractor begins working for Oxy. Laid off due to oil down turn June 26th,2025

HSE Specialist-RK Supply (January 2023- May 2025)

HSE Representative-Strike LLC-(May 2019-March 2020) I would conduct field audits on all crews conducting work in the field on facilities work and pipeline work and ensure all SOPS were being followed. Had to have back surgery and just helped with the start up.

Onsite Safety with Chevron - Warden Consulting LLC- (February 2016 to January 2018) Onsite safety consulting representative for Chevron oil and gas on the Drilling and completions side I.e. fracturing and coil tubing of each well on the Permian basin and Delaware basin writing out permits I.E hot work, making sure all SOP’S are followed by contractors and vendors checking all equipment to make sure it was all tested and both annually and monthly, conducting safety meetings both pre tour and post tour. Head on car wreck broke my back and had to have surgery.
