EQUIPMENT HANDLE
LRF AND RH, LADLE PREPARTION PLANING – 180T ladle weight ROLLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Well operational knowledge in LHF and RHD as operator for LHF.
Responsible for making different types of billet and slab grades maintain all critical process parameters
and quality economically.
Ensuring to make good basicity of slag to protect the ladle from arc flare and refractory erosion.
Experience in secondary steel making of 16mt steel melting shop
Co- ordination with converter, LHF, RH,CCM.
Ensuring the proper heat making medium carbon steel making. Preparing, regular updating & distribution of Progress Reports (Monthly, Weekly, Daily)
Improvement in quality IF grades API and TPI grade steels.
Identifying the areas of obstructions, breakdowns and taking steps to without affecting the production.
Ensuring safety practice as a part of Job Safety Analysis is which takes care of both Human and equipment
ACHIVEMENT
Successfully achieve the production in given target.
Successfully made a milestone which is zero delay (total 8hrs) in entire shift. EDUCATION:
B. Tech in process engineering 2025 from BITS Pilani.
Diploma in METALLURGY 2015 from indhiragandhi Institute for steel technology throangallu karnataka (OPJC center) with 70%
SSLC (10TH) from prabudhevar High school sandur karnataka with 69% Kannada medium school
