• Reviewing instrumentation scope of work, drawings and executing the construction and maintenance activities in line with the project specification and standards.
• Supervision of Installation, Termination & Testing of field instruments, conduits, cable trays and tubing for instruments.
• Responsible of full understanding of controls requiring general knowledge of low voltage
, 24 volt DC with knowledge of the control circuit from 4 to 20 mADC input/output/to/frominstrumentation equipment.
• Routine Calibration of Instruments (Calibration Shop / Field/ Online / Offline).
• Maintenance preventive / Repairs and calibration all field instrument .
• Loop checking, Trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning and maintenance activities.
• Erection, dismantling, calibration, installation of field instruments.
• Understanding & trouble shooting of P&ID and ILD diagram, Hookup diagram, Loop wiring Diagram Instrument specification sheets and, Jb details & cable layout .
• Associated with Loop Checking, Testing/Pre-commissioning activities of all types of instruments.
• Prepare request for inspection to client for inspections and acceptance of installations and Testing.
• Coordinate Quality procedures to construction department, Project management and client Inspectors and Corrective actions for client inspection comments/punch list.
• Responsible for clearing the Technical Query's with consulting client engineers and design department.
• Make Calibration for all type instruments by using HART COMMUNICATOR 375 & 475.
• Associated with checking of the following types of drawings, Hook-up drawings for field instruments, Instrument Location & Cable Routing diagram, Instrument Duct/Trench layouts, Cable Routing Lay00t, Cable Tray Layout, Control Room Layout and cable schedule.
• In current Project working as a INST. ENGINEER & looking after Overall Instrumentation Execution and O&M activities of Site.
