Hydrocarbon company dedicated to the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas. Field Operations Manager B16 & B67, November 2020 – January 2022 Responsible for Production and Maintenance Operations at Blocks 16 and 67, located in the Ecuadorian jungle.
• Coordinated production, crude oil processing, water management, oil transportation, and custody transfer operations. During my term, production reached approximately 720 kbfpd, with 16 kbpd (97.66% BSW). The facilities include two processing plants (NPF and SPF), 16 platforms, and two pumping stations
(PPY and SSFD), with more than 250 wells (140 in operation). It also includes a 250 km x 16" export pipeline to the OCP located in Lago Agrio, and a 120 MW distributed power generation plant (crude oil, gas, and diesel engines) to power all facilities.
• Ensured and supervised compliance with weekly maintenance schedules and that Management of Change
(MoC) processes were properly implemented to reduce risks to people and operations, due to its location in a highly sensitive area such as Yasuní National Park and the Waorani Ethnic Reserve in the Ecuadorian rainforest.
• Monitored budget execution of over $60 million annually and the utilization of over 200 contracts with different suppliers.

Hydrocarbon company dedicated to the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas. Asset Manager BM—C-33, September 2019 – October 2020 Responsible for managing the development of the BM-C-33 asset in Brazil, maximizing the asset's value for the Company.
• Coordinated and supervised the technical and economic analysis of the investment proposals recommended by the Operator.
• Defined and decided on the project budget among different scenarios, which was estimated at $7.2 billion.
• Coordinated and supervised the maintenance of the reservoir model according to corporate criteria and ensured project compliance.
• Ensured proper coordination for the delivery of internal reports and information exchange for the business unit and a good relationship with the Operator.
