S.O.I.C plumbing school completed 1979 journeyman\ 1983. local 131 carpenters apprentice program 4year program completed in 3 years taking 3 and 4 years at the same time, through local 131 heavy equipment training. through Local 131 welding school. Through Local 131 and certificate for soils and erosion.

I worked as a carpenter during my apprenticeship, and as a carpenter and Forman for Roy E Dunham constructors.
I worked as a commercial superintendent for all other company’s and over seen all phases of new and remodel commercial construction low high rise and one mixed use building with underground parking with PT decks .It was my job to oversee all sub trades and do the phase planning and scheduling I was responsible for safety on the job, budget, and timing of completion including working with city or county building officials and making sure all codes were followed for a certificate of occupancy.

•I am well versed in all phases of construction from start to finish including plumbing
•foundations, ground work and layout, framing, electrical, interior and exterior finishes and roofing.
At Present Time.
During the past 21 years and while still doing Home Inspections I have bought 4 properties and
Built Four houses and sold them. I did most all phases of construction myself. From running heavy Equipment and digging for the foundation and trenching for utilities, I formed, the foundation tied rebar and poured the concrete. I framed the home and trussed the structure, installed all windows and sided the building, I installed roof sheathing and installed the roofing (metal roof ) I also did all the plumbing waste and vent and all waterlines. I also did the complete wiring and installing outlets and switches and main panel. I installed all insulation including attic and crawl space. And drywall and hired tapers to finish the drywall, I painted interior and exterior installed floor finishes and appliances and sold the home, for a profit.
And recently doing electrical maintenance for DTG recycle at 23 yard locations .
Note :Im seeking a new career and not looking for employment in the previous trades.
