The reason for my application is due to the current financial situation of my present employer, which includes layoffs of 30 % of the workforce along with a questionable 2025 outlook. I am interested in pursuing a more stable career path in the Northwest Ohio area.

I have over 30 yrs. experience in Supply Chain activities and Operation Management, Demand Planning, Capacity Analysis, Global sourcing, CI Initiatives, Inventory Control, Logistics, Operations and Lean Mfg./Six Sigma and sales in numerous operations and industries. I have much experience with high volume production and Operations. I have spent 8 years in the chemical industry as a Plant Manager, 9 years in Automotive as Tier I supplier, and 15.5 in Food manufacturing.

I am very customer centric focused and drive team orientated activities with those around me. Cost reductions and driving quality is vital in achieving customer satisfaction and company growth.
