Human Resources Administrator ZIMLOADS INTERNATIONAL Harare, Zimbabwe As the business administrator my primary responsibility was to coordinate the deployment of human resources and trucks to complete customer requests. I was also mandated to track expenses and income related to any job undertaken by our employees. I manned the front desk so it was also my responsibility to take care of existing and prospective clients weather they walk in or call.

Because of the covid pandemic I was able to work while completing my degree online. The role fused bookkeeping with stock management. My major responsibilities were:

- To audit and report inventory while making recommendations on stocking and restocking.

- Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.

- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

- Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads

- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees

- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are delievered in a timely manner

On the bookkeeping side it was my responsibility to reconcile all cash drawers and sales receipts and to make sure it tallies with all items recorded by loss control to have left the shop from our warehouse.
