Responsibilities

Operation and maintenance of tunnel ventilation system, ventilation and air conditioning such as chillers, AHU’s, cooling tower, ventilation fans, dampers, actuators, FCU, VRF, dosing system etc.

Fire Detection & Alarms.

Handling tunnel ventilation fan (138KW), track way exhaust fans (45KW), Damper such as DRD, TVD and TED. Dampers are controlled by spring return actuators.

Responsible for the operations and maintenance of equipment’s such as chillers, AHU’s, FCU, VRF, VAV, cooling towers, ventilations fans, electrical maintenance, tunnel verification fans such as TEF and TVF, dampers, actuators etc.

Handling water cooled chillers(200TR, 3 No’s), AHU’s(60 TR-2 No’s), fans (VEF’s & VSF-15KW, SPEF & SPSF – 7.5KW, FAF- 5.5KW ), FCU’s(2 TR – 30 No’s),

Scheduling and performing PPM programs for all HVAC equipments.

Carry out the technical activities inside the premises.

Maintain the complaint trackers, abnormally trackers and checklist and history cards of all equipments in assets.

Monitoring in fabrication, installation and insulation of ducting works.

Preparation of data sheets, specification for HVAC such as chillers, AHU’s, fans, control panel etc.

Preparation and submission of daily reports of archived and progress work.

Preparation of work permit system for all hot works and height works.

Maintain material, tools, and requirements of maintenance aspects.

Capable to lead the team and check their activities.

Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Scheduling and co-ordination with vendor.

Responsible for monitoring the equipment and operating conditions to ensure safety standards are met.

Collect and analysis energy data and prepare monthly forecasts.

Follow and ask to follow the safety rules to all our team mates.

Daily walk through report for all critical equipments.

Responding to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences and crisis situations on 24/7 basis.
