Leading the MEP Systems for Numan Island, Red Sea Global As the Associate Director for MEP at Red Sea Global, I played a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for Numan Island, a flagship project within the Red Sea development. Numan Island is envisioned as a luxury, sustainable destination, and my responsibilities spanned across all aspects of MEP infrastructure to ensure that the systems not only meet international standards but also align with Red Sea Global’s sustainability and environmental goals. Throughout the project, I oversaw the coordination of complex MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural, and civil components. My role involved leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and working closely with contractors, consultants, and designers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of critical MEP infrastructure.
I drove the development of innovative, energy-efficient solutions, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to reduce the island’s environmental footprint while maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, I implemented rigorous quality control measures, addressing any technical challenges and ensuring that all systems were designed and installed to the highest specifications.

I am responsible for review and delivering all projects stages, follow up with structure and Architecture to update the MEP requirement, supervision and delivering of complete MEPI design by Egypt team for GCC Authorities, Tendring and issue for construction stages, controlling the project budget; follow up with the site team during construction. Study and estimate resources and budget for mechanical proposals especially for HVAC system as most of my experience was in this field.

The project located in a neutral location in Khalifa City, The National Housing Program intends to design and build an operational display village consisting of 10 villas and a centrally located showroom center. The villas set amongst an actual street mock with all permanent services provided for a proposed life span of 10 years. It is 10 villa plots with each villa is a variation of other and ranging in size from 430 sqm to 850 sqm.
