Manufacturing Engineer Circuit Board

I am seeking a position as an equipment operator, in a manufacturing /production environment. I have a broad background operating and programming surface-mount and through-hole automatic component placement equipment, optical inspection equipment, wave solder / wash systems, as well as many others in printed circuit board assembly. I also have experience metal fabrication, and wood fabrication. I also have a strong background in all Microsoft Office applications, and the use of AutoCAD (v11). I am accustomed to being a self-starter, but I also work well as a team member. I learn new skills quickly. I am eager to become a new and valuable employee.

(01/25-05/25) Production Operator Meyer Burger Goodyear, AZ Responsible for operation of front endcap foil smoothing. Loading new rolls of foil, clearing mechanical problems, and ensuring correct data is recorded; material tracking, and operation of laser identification station. Transferred to reel-to-reel units. Operating equipment, removal of completed spool, loading new spools, new foil rolls, and wire spools; material tracking.

(06/22 –09/24) CNC Operator Trendwood Phoenix, AZ Operating an SMC CNC Router. Load programs; install required tooling; change vacuum pod orientation as required. Minor error recovery. Load/unload cut wood to be fabricated. Inspect finished product for correct dimensions using tape measure, digital micrometer, go/no go gauges, etc.

(04/22 – 06/22) Mill Associate Trendwood Phoenix, AZ Unload cut wood from milling, shapers, sanders, saws, etc. and palletizing. Hand wrap complete pallets with stretch film. Move pallets with manual and electric pallet jacks.
