My name is Gwenivere Byerson, I am highly interested in your “Customer Service Representative” position. I have several years of experience in customer / technical support service with sales working from home within various industries.

I can do this job because I am a great listener, an adaptive person, a person who pays attention to details, and a diligent worker. I look forward to building a rapport that is based on integrity and respect for my clients. I am a person that listens to what my customer's needs are and tries my best to fulfill their needs to the best of my abilities.

I have high morals and standards for my business tactics and expect the same with my business dealings with others. Customer service begins at home and is extended throughout life in the world around us. My mother always told me to “Do it Right or Do It Twice” and doing it one time was enough for me.

I understand that the position will require a training course. My computer will pass the requirements that are requested. I have a Windows 10 Professional with dual monitors, cable high-speed internet service with landline, and two phone lines with the call center phone and headset with the noise canceling feature, where I will be able to receive inbound phone calls with clarity.
