Responsibilities:

Allocating Men & Machineries with all safety measures for extracting ore and waste in India’s highest primary breaker mine.

Supervising of workings carried out by the heavy machineries with respect to productivity and safety.

Collecting and sending samples for laboratory test to analyze the grade / percentage of limestone content in the samples.

Training and providing mining related work knowledge by discussing day-to-day mining activities to Foreman, Trainees and other Supervisory staffs.

Carrying out periodic inspection of haul roads to control or suppress dust caused due to movement of Tippers

/Dumpers plying in mines during transportation of minerals and rejections .

Participating in monthly Mine Safety Meet to discuss the challenges being faced during the month related to safety and productivity and to take a positive step to overcome such challenges in future.

Assisting the Mines Manager in Planning, Execution, Co-ordination, Control and Direction of all the mining related activities.

Looking after mines production and development in charge including Primary Breaker operations.

Supervising all the other activities carried out in mines like transportation of ore and rejection, water pumping, Haulage road maintenance and dumping & stacking of ore and rejection respectively.

Analyzing & estimating machinery and man power requirement.

Supervising operation of Heavy Earth Moving Machineries, Drilling, Excavation, Loading, Transportation, Crusher Plant operation.
