Oversees the strategic direction, operational management, and performance optimization of field service teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency, while directing end-to-end service delivery and assurance for complex transport and managed services solutions and maintaining network quality on a 24/7 basis across a multi-state organization.

Perform in-depth network troubleshooting using advanced tools. Diagnose and resolve issues rapidly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and migrations with mnimal downtime.

Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Supported day-to-day network operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and wireless systems.
