Objective

I am looking to get started in a cooking position right away. Due to personal circumstance I am looking for a cook’s position, not a Executive Chef’s position. to allow me to be close to my elderly parents as I figure out how best to manage their care and living arrangements in the immediate and future needs.

Skills & Abilities

·I have many years of experience in all aspects of food productions. As a chef have have been hands on with training other cooks and always working line positions myself to keep cooking skills polished.

COOKING AND BAKING

·I am very versed in many cuisine’s and cooking styles with a firm basis in the basics. Hot and cold line service, Soups sauces, and all vegetable cookery.

·Extensive baking and pastry skills as well

·I can help a chef with all kitchen management and sanitation

COMMUNICATION

·I have very good communication skills and all forms of electronic communication.

SANITATION

·Very well versed on all kitchen sanitation needs as well as food handling skills and techniques to maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment
