Role Summary:

As a Scrum Master at Connect for Health Colorado, I was brought on to lead the startup and agile transformation of two newly formed Scrum teams tasked with launching a critical initiative: ensuring every Colorado resident had access to health insurance coverage. This project directly supported the organization’s mission to increase healthcare accessibility and affordability across the state.
