Submit the 8D Analysis report to Customer for Quality concerns
Review the Timeline from Mold supplier and follow up activities as per Time line
Review the PFMEA and take necessary control actions to reduce RPN Values
Responsible for quality internal audit, process audit & product audit and assess improvement initiatives resulting from quality audit both internal & external
Responsible for controlling Shop floor 3C&5S activities.
Responisble to conduct daily QR & QC Meeting to review the Daily Red bin rejection
Responsible for controlling day to day inline quality activities in shop floor through implementation of the quality control tools.
Preparation and co-ordination for customer audit HMI (5 Star audit), TKM &ISO/IATF 16949 certification audit.
4M Submission to customer on monthly basis with supportive documents
Establish in-process / product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods & devising testing methods and procedures.
