Monitor lab utilities and send out equipment for repair as necessary.
Supervise all the Sustaining testing protocols for qualifying new parts, upgraded parts and sustaining processes
Supervise a team of experienced lab techs and Engineers who follow existing QA protocol and methods to test newly developed products and systems configurations against standard procedures and engineering specifications.
