Business Data Analyst

The main aim of the project was to analyze a variety of digital store metrics data for one of our retail clients over a period using ML algorithms to find patterns and clusters in data and use those patterns or clusters identified to give out recommendations aimed at improving store sales. The project was also to create a variety of Power BI and KPI dashboards for the business related to inventory, sales, cancellations, order management and shipping costs, profitability, etc. which helps them to make informed decisions.

Facilitated Agile Scrum Methodology to quickly achieve business process and software updates.

Analyzed user stories and took part in daily stand-up meetings to discuss the findings and upcoming sprints.

Performed gap analysis and created an action plan to address gaps found.

Assisted the Product Owner to break down the Epics, prioritization of the product backlog, and estimation of efforts for generating successful product increment.

Supported the team to fully optimize the use of the process management tool Jira by using the Kanban board.
