Overseeing installs, retrofits, and replacement of residential & commercial HVAC systems. Regularly working on AC add ons, cut ins, re-ducts, zone systems, mini-splits, bringing systems to an improved HERS rating, and bringing systems to current code compliance. Training new employees on company procedure, as well as many who were new to the trade that required specialized, field specific training.
