As Operations Manager I was responsible for the overall success of the back end (warehouse day/night), the front end(cashiers) & all operational systems in the building. This was achieved by determining product handling, storage, managing warehouse operations, inventory management, and motivating employees.
Began in April of 2014 as an overnight associate.
Was promoted to Assistant Department Manager in 2015, Department Manager in 2016 & Operation Manager in 2018.

Interviewing and hiring employees.
