Jan 2025 – Present: Conduct all-source analytic production of foreign space capabilities including foreign adversary space doctrine, strategy, communications and collections, vulnerabilities, platforms, assembly and launch capabilities, weapons, dual-use systems and technologies. Reports were updated in minute detail for warfighters to have the most extensive off the shelf records prior to target analysis through the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB). Imagery analysis was the crucial link for these records getting accolades throughout the Intelligence Community (IC).

May 2016 – Dec 2024: Senior Full Spectrum Geospatial (FSG) / Imagery Geospatial Analyst / Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) Analyst; Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Agency (JIDA)

-Specialized in most imaging and Pattern of Life (PoL) toolsets (RemoteView, SOCET GXP, MOVINT Client, ARCGis Pro/Map, TerraExplorer, ENVI, Mosaic, Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel, Google Earth) and formats (NITF, TIFF, SID, DTED, SHP). Skilled in utilizing various analytical tools and applications to capture, visualize, and present intelligence findings, including pattern of life tracking and analysis. -Open source GEOINT analyst using commercial imagery production and off-the-shelf applications such as ARC Explorer, Microsoft utilities, and DigitalGlobe; Created KML/Z, shapefiles, vector/feature layers, and other datasets providing the blueprint for Unconventional Intelligence gathering and assessments fused with geospatial intelligence data. This allowed for wider dissemination to our allies and warfighting partners.

Jan 2010 – Dec 2014: Senior Imagery / GEOINT Multi-Source Intelligence Analyst, JIDA

-Deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) on four separate occasions between May 2010 and March 2014. Due to my toolbelt and dedication to the mission I was selected to embed with a Coalition Special Operations unit, providing direct intelligence support in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment. Detailed exploitation and analysis of multiple intelligence sources, including National Technical Means, LiDAR, Buckeye, DTED, Multi-Spectral Imaging (MSI), and Full Motion Video (FMV). The end product gave maximum situational awareness in a complex environment. Managed operations within the Theater Support Branch—overseeing task assignments, managing analytical requirements, performing quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of intelligence products aligned with mission objectives. I’m a multi-qualified analyst in both Imagery and Pattern of Life disciplines, enabling rapid information integration and enhancing overall team effectiveness. Utilized a variety of databases and search engines such as; GeoBrowser, UDOP, NGDS/WARP, GSW, Atlantis, GETS/AMRDS, Imagery Product Library (IPL), OMAR, and iSpy.

Feb 2007 – Dec 2009: Full Spectrum GEOINT/MASINT Geospatial Analyst, 66th MIB EUCOM Advance Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) Regional Node, Darmstadt, Germany

-Processed and exploited full spectral GEOINT data from various sensor platforms using advanced GEOINT/MASINT toolsets, such as DIVA, ENVI, AGITK, and RemoteView; disseminated intelligence products using web-based tools.

-Tested new applications, such as Dynamic Imaging; using new exploitation techniques and provided assessments and guidance to enhance applications. Specialized in analyzing Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), InfraRed (IR), and Electro Optical (EO) Panchromatic imaging techniques for production to the intelligence community and dedicated customers. Supervised the development of detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.

-Established the first MASINT Geo-Physical sensor application of its sort within the 500th MIB, utilizing specialized software (MATLAB) and techniques to capture signatures through established systems and devices.

Jan 2003 – Jan 2004: MASINT Geo-physical Analyst, 501st MIB USFK AGI Regional Node, Camp Humphreys, Korea

-Used various techniques to capture signatures from physical phenomenology, materials, radio frequency, and electro-optical; processed / analyzed data using specialized software.

Emplaced, tested, and evaluated multiple sensors determining their effectiveness and reliability. Deployed to customer sites to train personnel, assess systems, and calibrate sensors. Developed collection strategies to support requirements and plans; writing evaluations and assessments for procurement; wrote Geo-physical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
