When I was a general manager and arcade manager for Strike Zone Bowling, I enjoyed working one-on-one with the customers to make them a good experience. I was happy selling merchandise to the bowlers, whether they were personalized bowling balls or arcade snacks. I worked personally to restock and take care of inventory, so we always had the right supplies on hand. Having our planograms established was imperative so we could be organized and look neat, simple for the guests to locate what they needed. I also attended to the usual manager duties like staffing scheduling, taking care of customer questions, and keeping things moving while remaining fun and lively.
