My role as a Senior Building Inspector is
to check building proposals for Building
By-Law requirements and processing
of building application under such
regulation. To direct and supervise
works of the Building Inspectors and
review their daily inspection reports
and vehicular movements. Co-ordinate
and liaise among various sections of
the Council and prepare Building
Permits for recommendation to the
Building Surveyor. Provide assistance
to the National Disasters and
Management Office. Prepare Monthly
Building Reports. Prepare Building
Annual Reports. Calculating the value
of work to determine the building fees.
