Project: AOF(automated fulfillment offer) JAN 2025 –Till date Role: Cross Functional Test Lead

Explanation of project primary purpose:

TD bank will release the Campaigns to attract new customers via giving the Bonus for new account openings like New movers, Direct mails, Onsite&affiliates etc. As of now the Bonus payment is manual process with AOF project all these bonus paying will be completely automated. Roles & Responsibilities:

CreatingTest-plans,making sure its up to date with the Release details.

Working as a cross function test lead, leading 4 teams and making sure all the teams are aligned and making sure all teams are meeting milestones.

Actively involved in business outcome testing(BOT) team and Product Owners and filling the gaps between business team and functional team.

Closely working with business team to understand and take the requirements and convert them into the test cases and executing test cases.

Review the Manual test cases designed by Functional teams and also automation scripts developed by automation team and making sure all the test cases are written by following the best practices.
