• While being a part of Nordstrom Rack’s Service Experience team I would assist customers with a variety of transactions through seamless and friendly experience. I also demonstrated expertise in all technologies used in the store environment such at our Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack app. I also led my teams’ daily goals and organization while at the same providing a fast and friendly checkout. Whenever needed I would assist the floor team or back of house with any duties. On select day I would open the register and put into our POS system our daily earnings and deposit for the previous day.
