General Manager and practising engineer with diverse involvement in mining environments; a combination of technical skills and academic studies; I have become well established in the Mining and Processing Engineering. Always aiming to broaden my horizon by acquiring more industry related skills and being a team player has allowed me to be a catalyst in this industry. For me, the challenges and opportunities associated with working in the Mining sector makes it an exciting career to pursue. I have a strong technical background due to my upbringing in asset management which has been further supplemented by professional experiences in operations management. 1. Brownfields plant expansion from 10tph to 30tph by adding a 20tph DMS module with recrush circuit.
2. Brownfields plant expansion from 30tph to 80tph by adding a 50tph DMS module and a dry crushing plant with 3042 Jaw Crusher and 24Inch Secondary and Tertiary Crushers. 3. Brownfields plant expansion from 80tph to 170tph by adding a 90tph DMS module and upgrading the 50tph DMS to 80tph and converting dry crushing plant with 3042 Jaw Crusher and 24Inch Secondary and Tertiary Crushers to wet crushing and adding a wet flush circuit.
4. Brownfields expansion of tailings dam 2013 and 2024. 5. Implemented owner mining from contractor mining. Managing 76 pieces of heavy mobile equipment and reduced the mining unit cost.
6. Constructed 68km of 33KV overhead powerline.
7. Greenfield 500tph plant (Crushing, DMS, Recovery, 14Km water pipeline and Tailings Dam)
