• Directed a $1.8 million emergency water damage restoration of a 16,000 sq ft elementary school based out of Massachusetts over a period of 4 days. Managed a crew of 45 people and 3 supervisors by providing the team with Toolbox talks and ensuring compliance to OSHA regulations. This included mobilization along with setting up initial scope, demolition, placing equipment’s and rebuilding areas coordinating with MEP contractors to rebuild all damaged systems.

• Managed multiple disaster restoration projects in the northeast region for projects ranging from $250,000 to $2.2 million dollars by setting up initial scope, bid processes and QC/QA procedures, while overseeing the systematic logging and distribution of project documentation and maintaining robust cost control.
