During my internship at Rising Tide Interactive, I created SQL-based reports to evaluate campaign performance and supported workflow automation through CRM and segmentation tools. At Pfizer, I developed an AI chatbot using Python and SQLite to reduce privacy inquiry response times, which sharpened my skills in automation and data tracking. I also have experience working in Agile teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing user testing, all of which are relevant to the cross-functional collaboration this role requires. I am comfortable learning new tools quickly and have recently been exploring Power Automate for streamlining simple business tasks.
