Running an eye clinic in the facility:
1.Screening patients for different eye conditions by use of torch, slit lamp, and ophthalmoscopes among other machines, and other diagnostic procedures including visual acuities.
2.Carrying out outpatient eye surgical procedures including foreign body removal, injections and irrigation.
3.Treating patients for different conditions and preparing them for surgical procedures as inpatient and outpatients, monitoring through follow-up, health education and patient and relative involvement.
4.Ordering medical supplies, instruments, and drugs for both the clinic and eye theatre.
5.Organizing for outreaches and market screening.
Managing the eye theatre:
1.Facilitating preparation of theatre, instruments and human recourse in preparation for eye surgeries.
2.Running, scrubbing or sterilizing instruments during surgeries while ensuring infection prevention
3.Preparation of patients of patients for surgery, and care in and after surgery including hygiene, informed consents anxiety, and pain management.

Going round the hospital and wards checking on all patients but giving much attention to the most sick patients to ascertain the state of the hospital and patients before handing over the report and after receiving the report.
