As part of the regulatory and Compliance of the Workers Compensation Claims we need to report the States on the various Claims that comes through. The Reporting process is called as Electronic State Reporting (ESR) which has various versions such as 1.0,2.0,3.0, 3.1 Mitchell reporting. The reporting involves First Report of Injury (FROI) and Subsequent Report of Injury (SROI) details in it.
There are various other compliance repots that we send like WCIRB, NY Surcharge report and Paid Act report.

Various interfaces as well as direct registration in BO Comp. The Nightly Batch job process the claims information and interacts with the interfaces.
Some interfaces interact with BO Comp during online activity also. The interfaces to BO Comp are either unidirectional or bi-directional.
This OCAS migration project is to enhance the target WC-Claims systems of ExPRS/BOComp/Managed Care to adopt & integrate the OCAS claims and loss data

SECORE is the global custody application of Citibank. SECORE application is developed using FSA COBOL enterprise 6.1 which is running on CICS and using VSAM files to store data. This project involves the conversion of SMAC Country specific static data functionality of Safekeeping account, Broker Account, Depository Account, Message Address, Message Delivery, Few Master tables and Data Warehouse report mapping.

There are about 30 Medical centers, 423 Medical offices and 11,345 Physicians.
Kaiser Permanent-OCPS Maintenance involves in the support and maintenance of the existing system. The application support and maintenance include 24x7 production support. Production support is done at two levels. One due to the result of problems occurring during the nightly batch run. The other is the problem reported during the use of online system. Problems occurring during the batch run are handled by the after hours on call staff to resolve the problem and proceed with completing the batch run. For problems resulting during the day, a Vantive problem management ticket is initiated describing the problem. The problem is then analyzed, and corrections need to be done. There are review checkpoints at each stage. For enhancements, service requests (SR) are initiated in Vantive with all the supporting details.
