Turner Industries Site Manager/Quality Control Manager Oversee and coordinate turnaround, small cap jobs and manage all inspections needed for daily maintenance at three sites in Freeport Tx, and one in Baycity Tx. Use my experience and knowledge for planning, estimating, coordination and tracking cost for work at each location. Work directly with the fabrication shop to ensure all work is completed on time, on budget and with quality acceptability. Manage a team of inspectors and coordinated TA and project work while upholding high standards for safety, quality, cost, and accountability at each site. Ensure all work is completed to Turner and client standards. Work closely with clients to maintain open communication for efficiency and project cost. Assist in providing information to each superintendent/QC inspector to further the knowledge and understanding that Quality and Construction Management when working together and towards the same goal will drive cost down and production up while maintaining a high expectation of safe and quality work. Maintained close line of communication with the project leads to ensure all projects were operating on time and budget. Read and interpret film of repairs and code work. Guided all quality control processes for storage tanks - 1104 pipeline and midstream. Review API 510 pressure vessel repair, as well as API 653 storage tanks.

Zachary Holdings, Inc Quality Control Manager

(Bought into help project finish due to poor performance) Inspect welds to standards including D1.1, B31.1, B31.3, Section I and IX. Oversee the installation of 3 new boilers, coordinate NDE for compliance for job specifications, coordinate with A.I. for all P3 form sign off and kept log of all welder continuity. Oversee weld inspection, pneumatic testing, hydro testing, PT/RT/UT/VT of pipe and components. Welding bolt up and material supervisor. Paint, insulation and various other coatings inspections.
