1. Identify transmission policies and procedures key drivers

2. Assess and implement current transmission policies and procedures

3. Identify policies and procedures gaps and opportunities and follow-up implementation of corrective measures

4. Implement transmission policies / procedures / Guidelines

5. Effective utilization of Transmission outages both for Sub-station and Transmission line

6. Monitor shutdown / outage / breakdown management

7. Responsible for Inculcating culture which has positive outlook and less scope for conflicts, conflicts resolution without affecting the work culture, ensuring proper intra group, inter departmental and inter organizational working relations, implementing systems and procedures for consistency and quality in working as well as cross verifying the same for compliance.
