Team Member Experience

I was a hottest/experience team member. My daily task were to focus on engaging in guest being fun and productive. Helping when needed. Cleaning task required stocking rest rooms making sure it is clean. Trash disposal. Bussing tables whipping down the bar and helping servers or bartenders as needed. On the floor you help guest if the game tangles and stops or anything goes wrong while bowling. If any arcade games stop working I call for a manager to assist the guest . I handle maintenance and did lane cleaning on the assigned day. In the cage where the register is I would sale games, gift cards and merchandise from the gift shop. answer phone calls, guest questions in store. manage wait list, set up bowling lanes on computer when sold for walk-in guest and parties. Assist with setting up reservations signs while welcoming & greeting the guest and if needed showing them to their reserved space making sure that it is clean and ready. There are several potions in one. Float, Cage, host stand and Lanes and you must be able to fill them all.
