ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Backhoe loader general operation, HSE management around the machine, general excavation, digging of trenches, loading material, removal of old asphalt, excavation of electrical duct crossings, excavation of man holes, spreading of marram material, carrying of material, spreading and grading of both stone base and Marram material, removal of unwanted underground material, doing stock pile works, excavation of foundations, clearing of pedestrian walkways, relocation of concrete barriers, clearing of access routes, and casting of concrete. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS AND SUCCESSES
§ I successfully graded stone base material along Nsambya road using a backhoe bucket when the grader got a mechanical breakdown, excavated all the traffic signal cable duct trenches for the entire project, I equally served both the main contractor and all the subcontractors, Excavated the storm water channels at Queens way in the absence of an excavator, I gained more skills and experience, I made new friends, I did extra-ordinary excavations i.e. Manholes, Gantry pits, storm water channels etc. and finally, I completed the entire project without causing any accident with the machine.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS AND SUCCESSES
§ I set up a proper motor vehicle maintenance schedule for the company, I solved a challenge of rain water loss at the company office, I Graded a construction site for the company offices, I Worked at Entebbe airport with a backhoe equipment, I did land grading for Sev pharmaceuticals’ construction site at Sumba and finally designed a proper waste management plan for the company.
