Senior Technical Project Manager

As Senior Technical Project Manager, played a vital role in managing various strategic initiatives for Engineering and Technology product releases, overseeing multiple concurrent projects with cross- functional teams and mentored various process improvement teams. My responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams, performing data analysis on process improvements that resulted in over $4 million in savings, and implementing Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency. Key projects involved deploying complex systems, automating tasks, improving workflows, and integrating standardized processes into the technology environment. Negotiated and coordinated Service Level Agreements, collaborated with an external vendor to implement new cellular products for T-Mobile, and managed the entire project lifecycle from initiation to end-of-life. Project highlights

Managed finalization of the project with Technical User Trials, vendor final releases and Operational acceptance. This product was first in the marketplace.

Senior Program Manager – Program Advisor

Program Management Technical advisor involved in working with the Alcatel-Lucent project team and customer project team in answering technical questions, issues and design criteria activities necessary for a Small Cell Home Solution. Senior Technical Program Manager (Oct 2013 – Oct 2014) Program Manager responsible for negotiating schedules, resources and activities necessary for a Small Cell Home Solution for the T-Mobile network. Coordinated the activities with both customer and Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) support organizations in the implementation of new Small Cell hardware and associated software. Senior Technical Project Manager (Dec 2007 - Oct 2013) Primary interface to T-Mobile Headquarters for national deployment activities and responsible for negotiating schedules, resources and planning activities necessary to consolidate a Major Wireless Customer network from 118 Next Generation call servers to 19 Advanced Telecommunication Computing Architecture servers. Successfully coordinated the activities with both customer and ALU support organizations in the implementation of new ATCAv2 hardware and associated software load. Maintained planning and delivery strategy throughout the project lifecycle. Served as primary Project Manager to the T-Mobile Project team and Engineering customer. Provided customer and internal status on field deployment and identified risks that may impact schedules. Collaborated with the Technical Program Team, Regional Project Managers, and other support groups to ensure quality deliveries and products were timely and fulfilled the requirements of the T-Mobile Network Consolidation project. Responsible for technical assistance and resource planning for the initial UMTS deployment within the TMO Network. Directed daily management of 4 Regional Project Managers, with emphasis on maintaining customer satisfaction with the integration of the Atrium product and increasing the forecasting and realization of revenue.
