Roles and responsibilities:
Maintain and Manage machinery to ensure minimum breakdowns and production stoppages;
In conjunction with the shift supervisors, ensure that the production line is set up with the correct packaging and product, as per specifications, to meet the production plan;
Look for ways to control costs and improve the efficiency of the equipment;
Train Line Leaders and back-up packaging equipment operators in the use of the equipment;
