1- Lead the tail gate meeting and ensure that all instructions are clear, and risks are being assessed and mitigated.

2- Ensure that activities meet the safety, Damage prevention, enviroment, quality and regulations requirements.

3- Ensure that SOW ius clear for every member.

4- Assess the equipment required and ensure proper communication with equipment department. 5- Review the design for any issue and make the communication with the engineer for any discrapancy or required modification.

6- Ensure that change management process is effective in the field. 7- Receive the communicationg from management and share with alll team member. 8- Ensure that everyone goes safe home everyday.
