Arrive to job site set up safety comes and caution tape Use Marking paint and measure layout on ground from job plans Assist lead with trenching (22in for trenching according to city and plans *varies)and also with opening up dirt holes using a skid steer (4ft deep x 3ft width *varies by plans) Glue and run schedule 80 pv electrical pipe with trenching from main panel resident to ground mount . Cover trench with electrical caution tape for schedule 80 pipe install as per city code. Use tape measurer to confirm correct width and depth of trench according to plans. Confirm width and depth and prep for cement pour . Mix cement into wheelbarrows; pour water and cement and mix with a mixing rod
Fill all holes with cement so for ground mount poles to be set and placed . String tie and centerline holes so poles can be evenly centered for racking After unirac pole install with cement pour . Wait 24hr period let dry Return next day and cut poles using a bandsaw to cut correct length and pitch; according to plan set Install racking and make sure proper angle is still matching ; measure panels on rails for proper fitting and placement and overhang of panels
Install ground copper and micro inverters and install home run leads . Lay panels and interconnection of array .

• Bend conduit for optimizers that cannot reach each other (jumpers) & or for PV strings to be ran to an LB then ran to j Box .
• Install copper grounds per each rail with mounted optimizers & or rails with gaps that need to be grounded as well that also have optimizers .
• Install female & male heads for jumpers and positive & negatives to be ran home . Run PV Strings from positive & negative heads through conduit if needed -Black +Red (PV wires)
• Zip Tie loose optimizer wires to rails neatly .
• Install J Box and pull strings through and copper ground.
• Once panel ready take all necessary photos and photo of sticker map .
• Braid solar panels and or lift, carry on a ladder or hand to coworker using safety harnesses for better support if on top of roof grabbing panels . Install panels on top of rails according to each outline/Layout.
• Wire nut all positive & negative strings & ground green wire & copper ground together with brown c taps using c tap crimpers.
• Once all solar panels are laid out, correct photos must also be taken for proof and insurance of installation . System must read all panels and be commissioned by crew lead . Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate
