Highlights of Qualifications:

Handle sensitive materials for storage and retrieval to ensure a safe, secure, and hazardous free environment utilizing various guidelines, policies, procedures, and practices and in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Knowledge of warehousing, storekeeping and inventory methods and practices of proper purchasing, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials/stock

Ability to maintain excellent communication and working relations with all employees and outside personnel.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Proper hazwoper training

Ability to implement all regulations developed by the supervisor/manager to assist with providing operations security and protection services to all its people.

Knowledge of proper disposal of waste and chemicals, (Waste Management)

Maneuvering vehicle following all rules of the road, parking, backing-up and trouble shooting.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic vehicle maintenance task, such as adding oil, fuel radiator fluid and completing minor repairs.

Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is operational.

Loading drum chemical waste onto flatbed

Loading sloid waste onto roll off bin.

Perform preventative maintenance and assemble or disassemble equipment.

Load and unload freight using special machinery or other equipment.

Crank trailer landing gear up or down to safely secure vehicles.

Inspect trailer for any repairs after unloading or deliveries.

Interpreting maps to ensure proper routes.

Utilizing weight stations to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Evaluated and repaired malfunction to equipment’s and damage to property.

Knowledge of computer applications i.e Microsoft Word and Excel, professional communication skills.

Operated forklift, pallet jack and knowledge of power tools and proper storage
