Job Description:
Planning and implementing various shift activity.
Preparing Daily shift report.
Functioning of CONTIROD® CR-3500 line.
Operating SHAFT MELTING FURNACE using lambda control system.
Operating twin-belt caster, producing a rectangular cast ingot with 6,300 mm cross-sectional area in a practically horizontal casting process.
Controlling all the parameters within the range.
Planning for routine maintenance job and executing within time frame.
Coordination and effective Communication with Quality Department.
Notable Highlights of the Career:
Took part in the commissioning of COPPER ROD plant (35 MT/hr.) in association with SMS Technology (Casting type: Hazelett twin belt casting). Having experience in thermal lancing operation.
Handling of hazardous products like LPG, LNG, CNG, IPA, Acetylene and Oxygen cylinders and aware about the safety procedures to be followed.
Hot Copper metal handling experience.
Having knowledge about the de mineralized and RO water plant operation
Took responsibility in achieving monthly production targets with the highest efficiencies and lowest COP.
Analyzing various accidents, incidents and making proper changes in operating procedures for safe operations
