Senior Engineer of NMS Architecture
Summary: Promoted to conceptualize and plot technical development initiatives that strategically align current and future product offer- ings in conjunction with operational goals. Senior Engineer- TW Telecom, Greenwood Village, Colorado (Continued) Change Management:
• Routinely utilized to advise upon and develop strategic processes related to software development and the Scrum process; providing consultation and guidance in regards to process evolution.
• Developed a SharePoint site in conjunction with a Jira implementation (an issue and story tracking software program). Newly accessible tools created tremendous change by fostering communications amongst cross-functional teams and heavily influ- encing the development value stream.
Problem Resolution and Risk Mitigation:

• Routinely called upon to aggressively respond to database issues by replicating interim databases to asses and isolate sys- tem issues. System Administrator- Peak Software Solutions, Littleton, Colorado 1997 to 2001 Peak Software Solutions was a start-up organization that developed communication software for global carriers such as AT&T and Comverse.
Summary: Initially hired to manage and install all fiber optic wiring for the corporate office of Peak Software Solutions. Due to dedicated work ethic and system knowledge, was assigned to increasingly challenging assignments to include building the company’s first data- center; creating and configuring the development environment; and overseeing server construction and administration. Accomplish- ments and Contributions Included:
• Built initial baseline technical environment utilizing Linux, Solaris, HPUX, and Windows; facilitating communication software processes.
• Oversaw construction and configuration of the company’s first datacenter to include wiring and installation of UNIX systems, routers, hubs and switch gear. Specified all equipment assets to include datacenter cooling systems which required intensive power and BTU tonnage.
• Completed the initial construction and provided administration for several Sun E450 servers (ranging in size from 250 - 500 Gigabytes). As the company grew, provided consultative advice on attainment specifications for the procurement of a NetApp SAN device which allowed for storage in the Terabyte regions. Managed administration of the new system utilizing Data ON- TAP.
