I am currently the Technical Director of Product Management and Signal Security. I am leading custom development and deployment of a new operational system for the deployment, tracking, and customer communication for critical security responsibilities. We are leading a 3rd party developer and coordinating with a client base for over 9000 users and integrating functionality and data with Sage Intacct, ADP, Paycor, TalentReef, amongst others. This application will be fully integrated with our internal HRIS and Billing systems for seamless integration. At ACI, I led the development and customization of a high speed financial back end electronic payment processing system for one the the world’s largest e-commerce / e-bank institutions. We deployed successfully with ~7 custom implementations and with full integration to their back office solution. At FNBO, I led the successful migration and transition of a legacy flat file database to a Web hosted (AWS) solution. This brought the technology forward several generations without disrupting production operations. This required direct supervision of a 3rd party technology integration team to bring in and use new technology and also to lead the knowledge transfers to internal personnel.

Hewlett Packard - As the Production and New Product Introduction Manager, I led a production operations through the transition from a small lot custom operation delivering ~ 800 units per day, to a full scale production assembly and customization facility able to delivery high end business systems delivering up to 3600 systems per day operating 24x7x365. Even as the smallest of 5 production facilities, we became and maintained a record of being the most cost and labor efficient facility in North America.
